Box from James Powell

This set of photos was submitted to us by our customer James Powell of Atelier James in Glasgow, Scotland. It features our SR-680 side rail hinges and JB-818 latches.
"Atelier James is a small Scottish furniture company dedicated to the creation of well crafted timeless designs. All of Atelier James pieces are designed by the company's founder James Powell. James spent most of his adult years in Paris and Perth Australia developing his love of design and furniture. Each piece is made in James' studio in Glasgow. Atelier James is known for their blend of the traditional with contemporary methods, materials, and styles. The finishes are all hand rubbed with natural oils and lacquers. Atelier James has created dozens of classics and is constantly producing new and innovative work."

Jewelry Chest from Steve Revella

This project was submitted to us by customer Steve Revella, who used our JB-102S butt hinge and HD-702S box feet. The box is made of Tasmanian Blackwood. He designed the dragonfly marquetry on wenge lumber. Steve is an intermediate woodworker and builds boxes, cabinets, and does marquetry.
