The brass square knuckled full mortise side rail hinge is engineered with a built-in stop that allows a lid to remain open at a 95° angle. These hinges are milled from 1/4" thick solid brass stock to precise dimensions and are designed to last a lifetime. They feature stainless steel hinge pins and our standard Brusso burnished finish. The leaf measures 5/16" wide x 1-3/8" long. The inset is 1-1/8" long. The hinge is sold in pairs unhanded with brass screws included.

For help with installation, this product is compatable with the routing template TJ-SR638.

    Not the easiest to work with but the end result is great. The brass screws still have to be worked with delicately as thay can break off when working with hard wood such as cherry.
