A customer who believes that his/her product is defective must file a complaint within 90 days of receiving the product and email a photo of the damaged item along with order name, number, and contact information to firstname.lastname@example.org for inspection. If Brusso Hardware LLC deems the product to be defective by fault of Brusso at our option the item(s) will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost, and shipped with the same method originally chosen.
